➢ Lead and designed by college coach Dijon Knight ➢ The staff of TTNL, HS, and college coaches ➢ Two skill development sessions a week Tuesday & Thursday nights. ➢ Speed and strength incorporated (by Dijon Knight and Staff ) ➢All training at the Naperville Athletic Center (NAC)
➢ The last 15-minutes of camp will be dedicated to scrimmaging. ➢ Skills taught during camp will be coached and emphasized throughout the scrimmages. ➢ Scrimmages will simulate a game-like environment with clocks, scores, and fouls.

➢ Strength & speed training ➢ Proper stretching and warm-up techniques ➢ Ball-handling combo and counter moves ➢ Three-level scoring options over and through contact ➢ Proper shooting form and hand placement ➢ How to shoot off the cut, catch, dribble and footwork ➢ To improve overall conditioning and basketball IQ
